Miley Cyrus is a genuine show-stopper, rocking platinum blonde Mohawks in a low-cut black gown, as she strutted down the red carpet at the MTV Video Music Awards Thursday night.

Cyrus’ newly bleached pixie cut was made into a sky-high Mohawk, and her black dress with a plunging neckline and sheer panels revealed some skin.

Pink, on the other hand, donned a nearly identical hairdo, adding some silver spikes. The 32-year-old singer looked radiant in a silver beaded dress.

The fashion face-off didn’t end up as a mere coincidence. At the VMAs, Cyrus introduced Pink’s performance.
